1. About us
Digiacamy is an online academy that teaches Abacus, Vedic Maths, Phonics, Handwriting Improvement and Kalfun to children through live classes. Digiacamy is operated by Lakshmi Srinivas. You can reach us at admin@digiacamy.com or on WhatsApp at +91 95595 52011.
2. Who can enrol
A parent or legal guardian aged 18 or over enrols a child and accepts these terms on the child's behalf. By paying the enrolment fee or submitting our enrolment form, you confirm that you are that parent or guardian.
3. Classes and batches
Classes are live and online, with a maximum of 5 students per batch.
Class length, sessions per week and number of classes are as listed for each programme on our Programmes page.
Paying the enrolment fee confirms your child's place. We then confirm the programme and batch timing by WhatsApp or email.
A free demo class of 10 to 15 minutes is available before you enrol.
4. Fees and payment
A one-time enrolment fee of ₹1,000 applies to all programmes. It is separate from programme or monthly fees.
Programme fees and kit fees are explained to you during your free demo class, before you pay, and confirmed when you enrol. All fees are in Indian rupees.
Online payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We do not see or store your card, UPI or bank details.
Refunds are covered in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
5. What we expect
A stable internet connection, a device with a camera and microphone, and a quiet place for class.
Students join on time and follow the teacher's instructions. If a student repeatedly disrupts class, we will speak with the parent first.
Class links are for your child only. Please do not share them.
6. Our materials
Worksheets, learning materials, methods and class content belong to Digiacamy and are for your child's personal use. Please do not copy, record or share them outside your family without our written permission.
7. Results
Every child learns at their own pace. We teach with care and structure, but we cannot guarantee a specific speed, score or grade.
8. Limits of our responsibility
To the extent the law allows, our responsibility to you is limited to the fees you paid for the affected programme. We are not responsible for interruptions outside our control, such as internet or power failures or platform outages. If a class is affected, we will reschedule it where we can.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Changes apply from the date we post them.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka have jurisdiction over any dispute.
